By participating in Krystal 93 contests, all contestants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, and understand and agree that neither Krystal Broadcasting, Inc., KYSL, or its agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning of this prize. Unless otherwise noted, all prizes must be picked up in person at the Krystal 93 offices. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Krystal 93/KYSL-FM to use the winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes. All prizes unclaimed after 30 days are null and void.
