Although a dial-up connections will work, we recommend a high speed cable or DSL connection.
Make sure you are using Internet Exlporer 7 or 8 and that you have Windows Media Player installed. If you are using Firefox, Firefox needs the Windows Media Player browser plugin installed. There are two different versions:
The original, which is usually included with Windows from 98 up to XP Home/Professional
The new version, which is specifically for Windows XP and Windows Vista and is only available by download.
Many Windows XP users will have the old plugin already, but it is recommended that you install the new plugin anyway.
In order to start the stream, click on the start button on the player. For Firefox, click on the "...play through your own player" link. If your trying to use the latest version of Windows Media Components for Quicktime on a Mac with OS 10.3.9 or earlier, you will find that it is not supported. We recommend you down-rev to Windows Media Components for Quicktime 2.2.1.11, which will work with earlier versions of the Mac Operating System. To reinstall, go to Applications/Flip4Mac and run the Flip4Mac WMV Uninstaller.pkg, then click here to download this previous version.
