Summit County Chamber of Commerce hosts social mixers, open to business owners and the public each month. Station personnel attend regularly and discuss recruitment and employment opportunities at the radio station. Krystal Broadcasting maintains a policy of direct outreach through its staff and business contacts, and encourages direct referral of all qualified individuals, including female and minority applicants.
